Invited by CBRE, on behalf of Knight Frank Asset Management, to a limited competition for ideas on how to upgrade the building we provided a radical rethink to overcome the shortcomings of the existing building, but without losing it’s original form or attraction to the local market. Whilst applauded it was eventually considered too radical an overhaul for the local market.
