The extension and renovation of a 1930s semi-detached house in Wandsworth. The client’s goal was to renovate and upscale the ground floor of their family home. The addition of a rear single storey extension boasts an enlarged bespoke kitchen with open plan dining space and snug. The design incorporates an up and over window / skylight running the length of the kitchen and large sliding doors out onto a newly landscaped garden terrace.
