A planning Application is currently before the local Council for the demolition and redevelopment of this industrial unit, originally built in the 1950’s, that became vacant in 2021. The proposal replaces this outdated and energy inefficient unit with a modern and efficient unit on the site that resolves the manifest failings of the existing unit. Consent is anticipated in November 2022, with construction expected to commence early in 2023.
