DPA were appointed by our long term Client St Bride's Managers to provide a strategy for retrofitting their existing office building in Blackfriars. The retrofit aims to bring the building up to modern day standards for letting of all floors. The renovations include a complete overhaul of the communal basement, addressing damp issues, ventilation and circulation. Whilst providing a renewed acoustically soundproof meeting room, for use by all tenants.
