Barns Court, Crawley, our newest project to come into the studio, involves the redevelopment of a series of industrial and agricultural buildings over a large 7 hectare site. The goal is to provide a number of low cost start-up units across 11 buildings, available to let for local businesses.

The Little Scarlet Door, Soho

The energetic and fun basement of DPAs recently finished Soho project with @thelittlescarletdoor. Working from concept to completion, we helped transform the shell unit into the perfect environment for evening drinks and parties into the early hours.

The project features Little Door & Co's quirky signature features, be sure to check out the Laundry Room and Shower.

Pembridge Mews, Notting Hill

Previously a perfectly adequate but antiquated mews house, the construction of a full basement and total reengineering of the accommodation resulted in a stunning reinvention of mews house living for our young family client.

Temakinho, Tower Bridge.

Following the opening of Temakinho Soho, DPA helped transform One Tower Bridge’s marketing suite into Temakinho’s second London restaurant. Resulting in another successful addition to this pan-European group’s expansion into London. A mezzanine level was added to the shell fit out to maximise capacity and views over Tower Bridge, with a new take on Temakinho’s playful interiors.

Plot 8 Industrial Park, Chertsey.

Chertsey Industrial Park delivers high specification industrial start up units in a prime location just moments from the M25, to replace the car-breaking yard it had previously been. The riverside site presented many technical challenges which were overcome to produce an aesthetic, highly functional, and popular, scheme for this ever growing market.

Pergola On The Wharf.

Working with @incipio_group we helped bring their highly successful rooftop concept indoors. Accessed through the Crossrail Place roof gardens, the botanical theme continues into the restaurant and bar, offering panoramic views over the docks for over 350 diners, nestled in a luxurious and vibrant atmosphere.
